This dish came to us from English cuisine. In England, pudding was the name given to leftovers from yesterday's meal that was baked with an egg. In our kitchen, there are about a thousand recipes for a wide variety of puddings. As a rule, there is no flour in pudding recipes; instead, yesterday's bread, crackers, semolina or rice are used. Pudding made from vanilla breadcrumbs with raisins turns out to be very tasty, and it is very easy to prepare it!
It is necessary
