It is necessary

  • - 60 g of sugar sand;
  • - 4 chicken eggs;
  • - medium-sized banana;
  • - 75 g of water;
  • - 500 g of milk;
  • - 45 g of honey;
  • - 1 vanilla pod.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour all the sugar into a heated frying pan and add water to it. Stir the mixture continuously until a stringy (caramel color) state. Pour the resulting sweet liquid into the bowls.

Step 2

Peel the banana and cut into slices of medium thickness, place these slices in the bowls on top of the sugar syrup.

Step 3

Heat milk and honey in a frying pan over low heat, when the honey melts - add the seeds from the vanilla pod, send the pod or vanilla from the bag to the same place. Subsequently, the pod will need to be obtained. Mix everything and turn off the stove, but do not remove the pan from it.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until a thick, stable foam is obtained and gradually, little by little, add them to the pan with milk and other ingredients. In this case, the mixture should be continuously stirred.

Step 5

If it was pod vanilla that was used, then this mixture should be filtered and poured into bowls, each covered with foil and placed on the bottom of a wide saucepan.

Step 6

Pour water into the saucepan, gently, without splashing, so that its level reaches just over half of the bowl and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Make sure that the water does not boil too much. Cool everything and put the bowls in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 7

Pudding can be served either in the bowls themselves or on a flat plate. You can garnish the pudding with a couple of mint leaves.
