Vanilla cream and biscuit pudding

This pudding can be prepared for homemade Sunday lunch. Serve it with fresh berry jelly or ready-made fruit sauce.

You will need:

- 2 cups heavy cream;

- 100 g of sugar;

- 3 egg yolks;

- 50 g dry biscuit;

- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of gelatin;

- 25 g of candied fruits;

- 0.25 glasses of water.

Mash the yolks with sugar, add vanilla sugar and water, stir and steam the mixture without letting it boil. When the sugar is completely dissolved, and the mass becomes thick and homogeneous, remove it from the heat and cool. In a separate container, dissolve the gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold water. Place the mixture on the stove and, stirring, wait until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Let it cool slightly.

Whip the cream into a strong foam and add portions to the yolk mass, stirring from top to bottom. Add candied fruit and finely chopped biscuit, stir. Pour in the loose gelatin and place the mixture in a mold dampened with cold water. Place the pudding in the cold to set. Before serving, wrap the dish in a damp hot towel and turn the dessert onto a serving platter.

Chocolate vanilla pudding

This light dessert can be made in as little as an hour, with most of the time it takes for the treat to set.

You will need:

- 2 glasses of milk;

- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar;

- 100 g of granulated sugar;

- 4 tbsp. cocoa spoons;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;

- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour.

Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanilla - you will need no more than 1 pinch.

Mix sugar and flour in a saucepan. Pour in the warmed milk and cook the mixture until it thickens. Add a little to the hot mass, mix. Divide the mixture in half. Pour vanilla sugar into one, add cocoa powder to the other. Stir both mixtures until smooth. In transparent cups or bowls, put first the chocolate and then the vanilla mass. Place the containers in the cold until they solidify. The finished pudding can be garnished with chocolate chips.

Vanilla pudding with cherry sauce

This dessert is perfect for baby food.

You will need:

- 600 ml of milk;

- 2 eggs;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cornstarch;

- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar;

- 7 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar;

- 500 g of canned cherries.

Soy milk can be used instead of cow's milk.

Separate the yolks from the whites and mash with a few tablespoons of milk and starch. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan, add 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until the sugar dissolves. Add yolks and mix thoroughly. Bring the mixture to a boil again. Cool the mixture slightly.

Whisk the whites into a thick foam and gently stir into the yolk mass. Spread the pudding over the bowls and set aside in the cold to set. Drizzle each serving with the cherry sauce, beaten with the remaining sugar.
