Vanilla-banana muffins are a fragrant and juicy delicacy that can delight everyone at evening tea or overshadow all purchased desserts on the festive table. The very process of making these muffins is a profitable process, as you can use overripe fruits.
It is necessary
- - 120 ml of milk;
- - 80 g of butter;
- - a glass of flour;
- - a glass of banana puree;
- - half a glass of honey;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - 1 teaspoon of baking powder and vanillin;
- - baking powder;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Turn on the oven to warm up to 280 degrees.
Step 2
Take ripe bananas, peel them, cut into large pieces and mash with a blender.
Step 3
Mix banana puree with vanilla, pour in fresh lemon juice.
Step 4
Mix flour with baking powder, egg, mashed banana, butter with a mixer. You can add some honey. You should get a homogeneous mass.
Step 5
Line the muffin cups with the special liners. Divide the dough into tins. Fill them 2/3 full, the dough will rise during cooking.
Step 6
Cook the vanilla banana muffins in the oven for no more than 20 minutes. After baking, place the muffins in a cool place for an hour and a half.
