Step 1

Whisk the whites with a little sugar and add to the butter and sugar. Add sour cream to the resulting mass.

Peel, core and cut the apples into small cubes. Add apples and cinnamon to the prepared dough. After that, add baking powder and, stirring constantly, add flour sifted through a sieve. Put the dough in pre-prepared molds.

The molds must be greased with sunflower or olive oil in advance. Fill the molds 2/3 full. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
