Many dishes are prepared from Armenian lavash: various rolls, yekku and even snack cakes, but few people have made or even tried a jellied pie. A lavash pie is prepared quickly, does not require special skill and time-consuming.

Pie "Lavash in filling" does not belong to the category of sweet or savory dishes, but it goes well as an independent dish and as an addition to soups or side dishes.

For cooking you will need:

- thin Armenian lavash - 1 pack;

- minced meat - 300 g;

- onion - 1 - 2 pcs;

- eggs - 2-3 pcs;

- hard cheese - 100 g;

- salt and spices to taste;

- sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup - for pouring.

First, we cook minced meat, any meat is suitable for it, put onions without fail, with it the pie will be much juicier. The finished minced meat must be seasoned with salt and pepper.

Spread the lavash on the table (the product must be fresh, otherwise you will not be able to roll it into a roll) and evenly distribute the minced meat over it, leave it for about 10 - 15 minutes to soak.

While the pita bread is soaked, rub the cheese on a coarse grater and prepare the filling. To pour, knock the eggs into a deep bowl, add a little salt and seasonings and beat with a fork or mixer. Add sour cream (mayonnaise) and ketchup to the beaten eggs and beat everything again until smooth.

We twist the lavash with minced meat into a tight roll and put it in a baking dish, in this case it is better to take a round one. Pour the lavash roll on top with pouring, there should be enough of it to completely hide the cake.

Preheat the oven to about 180 - 200 degrees, put a baking sheet in it, and 5 - 10 minutes before the end of the allotted time, open the oven and sprinkle the pie with grated cheese.

We take the finished cake out of the oven, let it cool slightly, remove it from the mold and serve it to the table.
