    • 700 g minced meat (pork

    • 2 tomatoes;
    • 2 onions;
    • 3 eggs;
    • 300 g sour cream;
    • greens (basil
    • cilantro
    • parsley);
    • ground black pepper;
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

For this pie, use a mixed mince of 1/2 part pork and 1/2 part beef. Peel two onions, chop finely and combine with minced meat. Add half a teaspoon of salt to the mixture, a pinch of ground black pepper and mix again. In a deep frying pan, heat three tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry the prepared minced meat in it, and then let it cool slightly.

Rinse the basil, cilantro and parsley thoroughly under running cold water, then dry and chop finely. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices, removing the core. Grate any hard cheese on a coarse grater. Unroll one large, thin pita bread and cut it into three equal pieces.

Take a deep, heat-resistant, rectangular baking dish and brush it with vegetable oil. Put one part of the cut lavash on the bottom of the mold, spread the fried minced meat in an even layer on top. Put the tomatoes cut into circles on it, sprinkle them with grated cheese, then chopped herbs and brush with sour cream. Cover the top with the second part of the pita bread, distribute the filling in the same sequence and cover the cake with the last sheet of pita bread.

Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Whisk three eggs lightly in a separate container, add salt on the tip of a knife. Pour the egg mixture over the tart and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Chill the finished meal a little and serve, cut it straight in the form into portioned pieces.
