- 0.5 kg beef liver
- 300 ml. sour cream
- 1 tbsp. l. flour
- 200 g onions
- vegetable oil
- pepper
- salt

Step 1
Peel the liver from the film, cut it into small cubes 4-5 cm long and 1 cm wide. It is best to do this when the liver is in a semi-frozen (or half-melted, whichever you prefer) state.

Cut the onion into small cubes.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil, fry the onions in a pan until light golden brown.
Step 4
Add the liver to the onion, sprinkle with flour, fry well on all sides. The fire can be made stronger, your goal is to evaporate the liquid as quickly as possible, to give a golden brown crust to form.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper the contents of the pan, add sour cream, simmer the liver for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
