- beef liver - 500 g;

- onions - 1 pc.;

- sour cream - 1 tbsp.;

- chicken broth - 1 tbsp.;

- wheat flour - 2-3 tbsp. l.;

- salt, any spices, pepper - to taste;

- vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp. l.

We start the preparation by treating the liver. Rinse the beef liver, process and remove unnecessary films, and then cut into small pieces that need to be salted, add pepper, roll a little in flour, and then fry in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. In order for the films to separate well, you can pre-pour boiling water over the liver.

Now the liver can be transferred to a saucepan and covered with chicken broth. When the broth has evaporated, add sour cream to the contents of the pan and heat a little.

Peel the onions, cut into half rings and fry in a pan in vegetable oil until transparent.
