  • - potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • - fresh cucumber - 3 pcs.;
  • - Doctor's sausage - 500 g;
  • - chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • - greens (dill, parsley or onions) - 1 bunch;
  • - kefir (2.5%) - 900 g;
  • - water - 250 ml;
  • - salt, pepper - according to your taste.

Step 1

Cooking okroshka should begin with the fact that the potatoes need to be washed and boiled in their uniforms until tender. Then rinse the chicken eggs, place in a saucepan and cook for about 7 minutes. When boiling eggs, add a little salt to the pan to prevent the shells from cracking. After the potatoes and eggs are cooked, leave them to cool and cool.

Step 2

Wash fresh cucumbers, cut into cubes and place in a deep bowl. Rinse any greens, dry a little and chop finely, and you can also add a little salt. Combine cucumbers, herbs and doctor's boiled sausage, cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Peel and dice the potatoes boiled in their uniforms. The eggs must be cut in exactly the same shape. Thus, all the ingredients for okroshka will be approximately equally useful.

Step 4

Put the potatoes and eggs in a bowl with herbs and cucumbers, sprinkle a little with salt and stir. Pour chilled kefir into this bowl, then purified water. Taste your dish for flavor, acidity, and salt.

Step 5

Now the ready-made okroshka with kefir needs to be put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes so that it is infused. Serve this dish after you mix all the ingredients well again.
