Cooking pancakes with milk

To make fluffy pancakes without yeast, take:

- milk - 400 ml;

- wheat flour - 300 ml;

- chicken egg - 2 pcs.;

- sugar - 30-60 g;

- slaked soda - 0.5 tsp;

- salt - to taste;

- vegetable oil.

First, mix eggs with sugar and salt and beat thoroughly. Then add milk, baking soda and flour. Mix everything and cover the dough with a napkin. Mix everything again after half an hour. The dough is ready. Fry the pancakes over medium heat, preheating vegetable oil in a pan. Ready-made pancakes can be served with sour cream or with a sweet sauce - jam, jam, condensed milk.

Lush pancakes with milk can also be made using yeast. To do this, take the following:

- flour - 500 g;

- dry yeast - 2 tsp;

- milk - 450 ml;

- chicken egg - 2 pcs.;

- vanilla sugar - 20 g;

- sugar - 2 tablespoons;

- salt - 0.5 tsp;

- vegetable oil for dough - 2 tablespoons

- vegetable oil for frying.

For the preparation of the dough, two teaspoons of dry yeast can be replaced with 20 grams of fresh yeast.

First you need to prepare the dough. Heat the milk (it should be warm, but not hot), add sugar, a glass of flour and leave the dough for half an hour. During this time, the dough should rise. Whisk the eggs while the dough is rising. Then add them to the dough, pour the remaining flour, vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and a little salt there. Mix everything thoroughly and leave for half an hour.

To make the dough more fluffy, it is recommended to sift the flour before mixing with other ingredients.

The pancakes are fried over medium heat, they rise a lot during frying, so it is better to place the portions of the dough in the pan at short intervals. As a result, you will get about 20 delicious pancakes.

Kefir pancakes

Airy light pancakes are obtained if you cook them using kefir (sometimes kefir is replaced with sour milk).

Ingredients:

- kefir - 500 ml;

- chicken egg - 1 pc.;

- sugar - 2 tablespoons;

- flour - 500 g;

- soda - 1 tsp;

- vegetable oil for frying - 2 tablespoons

First, beat the egg lightly with a whisk or fork, then add kefir to it. Mix thoroughly. Add sugar, flour and salt to the mixture, then soda. The dough is kneaded and infused for about 20 minutes.

To bake the pancakes, it is advisable to fry them over low heat. If you prefer to bake the pancakes in a heavy-bottomed skillet, you don't need to cover with a lid, the portions will be baked. If your frying pan is lightweight, Teflon, it is advisable to cover the pancakes with a lid.
