Sour pancakes are lush and tasty. They can be sweet or meaty. Cook them with minced meat, then you get a complete hearty dish. It consists of the following products:

Dough:

- 300 g flour;

- 3 chicken eggs;

- 350 g of sour milk;

- 1, 5 tsp soda;

Filling:

- 400 g of pork, chicken, turkey or minced pork and beef;

- 10 g of greens;

- ¼ tsp spices for meat;

- 1 head of onion.

For frying, use odorless vegetable oil.

Pour the milk into a saucepan, beat in the eggs, stir with a whisk, add salt, sugar, soda, stir again. Now start pouring the sifted flour into the liquid mass in small portions, continuing to mix the dough with a whisk. You can use a mixer to process the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.

Chop the peeled and washed onion in a blender, add it to the minced meat, add salt and, if desired, pepper. Put chopped herbs, spices there, knead the mass with a spoon.

Pour butter into the pan, take the dough with a tablespoon, put it in hot fat, leaving a 2 cm gap. On top of each small pancake, put a heaped teaspoon of minced meat, cover with a tablespoon of dough. Fry the pancakes on both sides until they are delicious golden brown.

If you want to bake the classic pancake recipe without filling, use the following. For him you need to take:

- 350 ml of sour milk;

- 1, 5 cups of wheat flour;

- 2 chicken eggs;

- 2 tbsp. Sahara;

- a pinch of salt;

- 0.5 tsp soda;

- vegetable oil for frying.

Pour sugar into a bowl, beat in eggs, beat with a mixer, add milk, mix thoroughly. Separately, in a saucepan or deep bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Gradually add the dry mixture to the liquid, working vigorously with a whisk or using a mixer.

When the mass is smooth, apply one trick to make the pancakes fluffy as a result. Place this container in a bowl of warm water. Thanks to it, air bubbles form in the dough, which will help the baking to turn out noble. Pour some oil into the pan, heat it slightly. Spread the dough with a tablespoon, keeping the distance between the products.

Serve the cooked pancakes immediately while hot. They will be delicious with sour cream, condensed milk, jam, honey.

You can quickly prepare a sweet sauce for pancakes by mixing and lightly whipping sour cream with jam in a 2: 1 ratio.

Sweet tooths can make peach pancakes and serve them with whipped cream. To make this dessert, take:

- 1, 5 glasses of wheat flour;

- 2 large chicken eggs;

- 250 g of sour milk;

- 0.5 tsp each salt, baking powder and soda;

- 3 peaches;

- 2 tbsp. melted butter;

- sweet whipped cream, mint leaves to decorate the dish.

Pour sugar, soda, salt and baking powder into flour, mix. In another container, combine the milk with eggs and melted butter. Pour the liquid into the flour mixture, mix.

Cut each peach into 10 slices. Place a few in a greased skillet, pour over each with a tablespoon of dough.

Place the baked goods on plates, cool slightly, garnish with cream and a mint leaf.
