- 3 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of starch;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 0.5 teaspoon salt;
- 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 8 tablespoons of flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Add eggs, salt, sugar to the sour milk and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Pour soda into the resulting mass, stir thoroughly. To make pancakes from sour milk, you do not need to extinguish soda with vinegar, this will be done by lactic acid.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine the sifted flour and starch. Add the mixture to the dough, stir until the flour lumps disappear completely. Pour vegetable oil into the dough.
Step 4
Preheat a skillet. Lubricate it with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the pan with a ladle. Turning the pan in different directions, distribute the dough evenly.
Step 5
Fry the pancakes on both sides until a pleasant golden brown.

Serve ready-made pancakes with honey, sour cream, jam, butter, condensed milk. You can stuff them with cottage cheese or meat fried with onions. Prepare tea or coffee for pancakes.
