To prepare pancakes with sour milk, you need:

- 500 ml of cold sour milk;

- 2 eggs;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar (the amount of sugar can be adjusted, with a given amount of pancakes are slightly sweetish);

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt;

- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (you can replace it with a teaspoon of baking powder);

- 3 cups sifted wheat flour.

First, pour the sour milk into a deep bowl, then add eggs, sugar and salt and mix everything with a whisk. Next, mix the flour with baking soda and pour into a bowl to the milk mixture. It is worth remembering here, if you want the pancakes to turn out lush, then you need to abandon the use of a mixer in favor of a regular whisk or fork.

Look at the consistency of the dough - if it turns out to be watery, then add a little more flour. The thicker the dough, the thicker and softer the pancakes.

Now you need to pour hot water into a large saucepan, place a container with the dough in it, cover with a towel and let the dough brew for about 20 minutes.

The dough is ready, now you can fry the pancakes. Here it is worth remembering to make the pancakes more fluffy - you should refuse to stir the dough before frying.

So you need to heat the pan, pour a little vegetable oil into it, then carefully lay out the round pancakes with a tablespoon and fry them on both sides over medium heat. They can be served with sour cream, jam, jam and other goodies.
