Instructions

Step 1

For butter, do the following: Pass it through a medium grater, then combine with an ingredient such as cottage cheese. Then pour baking powder, that is, baking powder for dough, a pinch of salt and wheat flour into the formed mixture. After mixing everything thoroughly, knead a homogeneous dough.

Step 2

Divide the curd dough into 2 parts for convenience. Convert one of them into a flat layer that is 3 millimeters thick. Now cut circles out of it with a round neck dish. Do the same for the second piece of dough.

Step 3

Dip the cut out circles in granulated sugar on one side. Fold the circle in half first so that the sugar side is inside. Then again dip one of its sides in sugar and fold it in half in exactly the same way. As a result, you will get the shape of the future Ushki curd cookies.

Step 4

Dip the figures formed from the dough in granulated sugar and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so that the sugar is on top. Send the cookies to the oven and cook at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
