Quick curd cake

This simple yet delicious cake can be served with your evening tea. If you like sweeter desserts, use sugar cookies. For those who prefer a more delicate flavor, a cake made with crackers is suitable.

You will need:

- 400 g of soft cottage cheese;

- 500 g bkb rhtrthjd sugar cookies;

- 1 cup of sugar;

- 150 g butter;

- 1 glass of milk;

- 50 g seedless raisins;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Mix sugar with softened butter and rub thoroughly. Add the curd and whisk the mixture with a blender. Divide the curd mass into 2 parts. Stir cocoa into one, add previously washed and dried raisins to the other.

Prepare a flat dish or baking sheet. Dip the cookies in milk and place them tightly on a dish. After laying out the layer, brush it with curd cream with raisins. Cover the cream with another layer of cookies. Place cottage cheese with cocoa on top of it. Alternate layers until you run out of food. If desired, the cake can be brushed with the remaining cocoa cream or covered with a dark, milk or white chocolate icing. Let the cake sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then cut into pieces and serve.

You will need:

- 200 g of sugar cookies;

- 400 g soft cottage cheese;

- 1 cup of sugar;

- 100 g of butter;

- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cherry syrup;

- 3 tbsp. spoons of milk;

- 6 tbsp. tablespoons of gelatin;

- 200 g marmalade;

- canned peaches and cherries.

Pound the cookies in a mortar. Put the mass in a split form, sprinkle with milk and tamp tightly. Mash cottage cheese with softened butter, add finely chopped marmalade. 2 tbsp. mix tablespoons of gelatin with half a glass of warm water. Place the gelatin mixture on the stove and, while stirring, wait until the crystals are completely dissolved. Chill the mixture slightly and add to the curd. Mix everything thoroughly. Put the curd mass in a mold on top of the crumbs, smooth the surface.

Remove the peaches from the syrup and dry. Cut them into even slices and spread them over the surface of the cake in the form of scales. Place pitted canned cherries between the peach slices. Pour the remaining gelatin into 0.75 water, heat, pour in the cherry syrup and stir. Let the mixture cool and pour it over the surface of the cake. Place the dessert in the refrigerator to set, then carefully remove from the mold and place on a serving dish.
