The great thing about this cake is that it can be made surprisingly quickly, without baking, and is delicious.
It is necessary
- - 12 pcs. cookies;
- - 300 g of cottage cheese;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 10 g of gelatin;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of water;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cocoa;
- For the chocolate fudge:
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cocoa;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 50 ml of milk;
- - 20 g butter;
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare chocolate fondant: mix sugar with cocoa powder, add softened butter. Then add milk and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, then turn off the heat and leave to cool.
Step 2
In order for the filling to be thick, use gelatin, which must be dissolved with water and left to swell for 20 minutes. Heat the swollen gelatin until completely dissolved, without bringing to a boil.
Combine cottage cheese with sugar, cocoa and liquid gelatin, mix everything well until smooth.
Step 3
Put the fondant on a sheet covered with parchment paper or cling film, smooth it with a thin layer so that there is enough space for stacking 12 cookies, and on one side there is about 1 cm of free space.
Arrange all the cookies around the edges, and in the middle - the curd filling.
Step 4
Using parchment or foil, lifting the outer rows of cookies, connect them on top. Use the remaining free space with fondant to mask the connection.
Put the finished cake house in the refrigerator overnight.
When serving, cut the cake into triangles of the desired width.
