  • - sour cream - 100 g;
  • - sugar - 150 g;
  • - jubilee cookies - 500 g;
  • - bananas - 3 pcs;
  • - condensed milk - 0, 5 cans;
  • - milk - 2 glasses.

Instructions

Step 1

The first thing to do is prepare the filling for the future dessert. To do this, combine the following ingredients: curd mass, sour cream and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Lay cling film on a flat surface. Place the cookies on it so that they form 3 rows. Just before putting it out, dip it in milk.

Step 3

On the cookies laid out in a row, transfer the filling, that is, a mixture of curd mass and sour cream. Just lay it out, not all, but only half. Garnish the filling on top with slices of soft fruit, such as sliced bananas. Repeat these steps again, that is, put the cookies on the bananas, and on it, respectively, the filling. Thus, you get 2 layers.

The filling with cookies must be wrapped with cling film in such a way that a house is formed, that is, connect the edges of the film together.
