Curd pie is a hearty delicacy that can be served as a dessert for tea or as a main course for breakfast. The cottage cheese included in its filling makes such a dish very tender, and the berries add a pleasant sourness to it.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 500 g flour;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 150 g butter;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar.
- For filling:
- - 100 g of any berries;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 400 g of cottage cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. To do this, add baking powder to the flour and mix thoroughly. Then add sugar to the flour and grate the butter, which is best lightly frozen. Mix everything to make the dough resemble a mass of "crumbs".
Step 2
To prepare the filling, break eggs into a cup, add granulated sugar and beat until the latter is completely dissolved. This can also be done with a mixer. Then add cottage cheese to the sweet egg mass, mix everything, put the berries and stir lightly again.
Step 3
Grease a baking pan with butter or margarine and pour most of the dough into it. Then spread the filling in an even layer and sprinkle with the remaining dough.
Step 4
Place the pie in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for about half an hour. Cool the finished dessert a little before cutting and serving.
