The grains will lose their integrity and milk will be released. Collect them again in a bowl and use it according to the recipe.

Another easy and quick way to grind poppy seeds is to grind them in a coffee grinder. In this case, you do not need to steam it beforehand. Dry and clean poppy seeds together with sugar must be ground in a coffee grinder, then add a small amount of boiling water to the crushed poppy seeds, about 2-3 tablespoons per 100 grams.
