Appetizing curd snails are very tender and tasty. Such pastries will delight any sweet tooth.
It is necessary
- - fat-free cottage cheese 250 g;
- - wheat flour 400 g;
- - sugar 100 g;
- - vanillin 1 sachet 10 g;
- - milk 100 ml;
- - vegetable oil 100 g;
- - baking powder 2 teaspoons;
- - salt 1 pinch;
- For filling:
- - poppy seed 100 g;
- - 1/2 cup milk;
- - sugar 2 tbsp. spoons;
- For lubrication:
- - butter 50 g;
- - cream 3 tbsp. spoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat milk in a saucepan, add sugar and poppy seeds. Bring to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Leave under the lid to cool.
Step 2
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Add sugar, vanillin, oil, milk and cottage cheese. Mix with a mixer. Collect in a ball. Then roll out the dough into a 5 mm thick layer.
Step 3
Brush the dough with the prepared filling. Roll into a roll. Then cut into pieces 3-4 cm thick. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Place the buns on top of it. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 4
Bring the butter and cream to a boil. Lubricate the finished buns with them. Place in the switched off oven for 10 minutes.
