A wonderful and hearty snack in the form of cottage cheese and ham snails. You can eat it hot or cold, as you like.

- - 150 g smoked ham;
- - 2 pcs. chicken eggs;
- - 20 g butter;
- - 100 g green onions;
- - 2 g of black ground pepper;

- - 5 g of dry garlic.

Step 1
Take boiled or lightly smoked ham. You can take sliced loin. Cut into small cubes. Place a frying pan on the stove, heat well and melt the butter on it. Fry the ham in melted butter, stirring constantly, for ten minutes, until golden brown on all sides. Remove, transfer to a clean plate and cool.
Step 2
Rinse green onions well, dry and chop finely. In a medium cup of blender, beat the chicken eggs, add black pepper, salt, dry garlic to them. In a small sieve, wipe the curd with a fork. Whisk the sour cream in a separate blender cup. Combine sour cream with cottage cheese, add eggs whipped with spices.
Step 3
Roll out the puff pastry as thin as possible. Spread a layer of cottage cheese and sour cream with spices evenly on the dough. Let the dough sit for five minutes. Dip your hands in flour and gently roll the dough. Grasp the edge, wrap it inward, and roll up the roll. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into pieces three centimeters thick.
Step 4
Spread paper on baking sheets and arrange rolls so that they do not touch each other. Lubricate them with a little ghee and place in a well-preheated oven for half an hour. Cool the finished rolls a little before serving.
