It is necessary
- • 300 g of pork;
- • 100 g of tomato paste;
- • 1 medium-sized carrot;
- • 4 garlic cloves;
- • 1 kg of white cabbage;
- • 4 ripe medium sized tomatoes;
- • 1 large onion head;
- • black pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
The washed cabbage should be cut into small enough pieces with a knife. Shredded cabbage must be transferred to a large saucepan, this will allow you to easily mix the cooking dish. Then slightly remember the cut vegetable with your hands.
Step 2
Remove the peel from the carrot and rinse it thoroughly. A clean root crop must be chopped using a coarse grater.
Step 3
Peel the onion by removing the husk from it. Then rinse it in cold water. Chop the onion into very small cubes with a sharp knife. Peel the garlic cloves and rinse thoroughly. Then the garlic must be passed through a garlic press, and if desired, it can be cut into small cubes.
Step 4
Tomatoes must be thoroughly washed, dried and cut into small pieces.
Step 5
Rinse the pork well in running water. After the excess water has drained, it must be cut into small cubes using a sharp knife.
Step 6
The frying pan must be placed on a hot stove and a little sunflower oil must be poured into it. After it gets hot, put the prepared pork in the pan, as well as all the vegetables (except cabbage) and fry them over medium heat.
Step 7
Then put the contents of the pan into a saucepan with cabbage. Tomato paste is poured there, which must first be diluted with water. Salt and pepper the contents of the pot to taste.
Mix everything well and place on a hot stove. Remember to cover the pot with a lid.
Step 8
When the hodgepodge boils, the heat must be reduced to a minimum and the dish must be cooked for about 1 hour.
