It is necessary

  • - 530-550 g of cottage cheese
  • - 65-70 g Parmesan
  • - 4 eggs
  • - 15-20 g semolina
  • - 25-37 g flour
  • - 110-130 g of fresh herbs
  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • - 210-230 ml of olive oil
  • - 5-10 g baking powder
  • - salt
  • - black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Put the cottage cheese in a sieve with gauze, press it with something heavy so that all the liquid comes out, leave for 40 minutes. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve. Cut the stems off the greens, chop the leaves finely together with the garlic.

Step 2

Separate the whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to a cup of cottage cheese, beat the whites separately with a whisk with a pinch of salt. Put semolina, flour and baking powder in the curd mass, stir well with a mixer.

Step 3

Put two tablespoons of butter, herbs and garlic in the curd mass, mix. Using a spatula, add proteins to the curd mass, salt and pepper.

Step 4

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Grease a special form with olive oil, put in the curd mass and level with a spatula.

Step 5

Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the curd. Put the form in an oven preheated to 185 degrees, bake for 37-47 minutes. Turn off the oven and slightly open the door without removing the casserole, leave for 17 minutes. Serve the casserole warm.
