  • - salt and pepper - to taste;
  • - large pumpkin - 1 pc.;
  • - cucumber - 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

Pork, preferably tenderloin, prepare in advance. After taking it out of the freezer, leave the meat to thaw in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4 degrees for 10-12 hours. Alternatively, reheat the pork one hour before cooking, at room temperature.

Step 2

Rinse the meat under running water. Cut the pulp into small pieces. Peel the onion, cover with cold water, leave for 30 minutes. Then chop into half rings, put in a bowl. Rinse the pepper, remove seeds and partitions. Cut into cubes. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds. After taking out, pour over with ice water, then remove the skin. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Peel the carrots, wash, grate on a coarse grater. Combine with tomatoes and onions in one bowl. Free a clean pumpkin from seeds and skins. Cut the pulp into small pieces. Rinse greens, gently shake off and cut.

Heat a skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil. Lay out the pieces of pork, fry on all sides until a beautiful crust. Add onions to the meat, salt. Cover the food with a lid, simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes. Next, lay out all the prepared vegetables, mix. Cook for 15 minutes, add pepper at the end.
