Step 1
Combine eggs with milk and salt, add sifted flour to them and knead into a tough dough. Cover the dough with a bowl or place it in a plastic bag, and let it rest for at least half an hour.
Step 2
Rub the cottage cheese so that no lumps remain in it. Combine it with sour cream, egg, salt and sugar, added to taste. The filling is ready.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a thin sausage. Cut it into pieces 1, 5-2 cm wide, roll each of them into a thin cake. Put 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese on the center of the cake, pinch the dumpling with a curly seam.
Step 4
Boil water with salt, put the dumplings in it, cook at low boil for about 5 minutes. Catch them with a slotted spoon, lay them on a wide dish, pour with melted butter or sour cream and serve.
