Sometimes you really want to impress your family and friends with your culinary delights. Baking a delicious loaf is an absolutely safe bet. Moreover, it is very simple to do this, but it turns out that it is much richer and more aromatic than those offered to us by outlets.

- flour - 1.5 kg;
- water - 700 gr;
- yeast - 40 g;
- salt - a teaspoon;
- vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare yeast. Fresh yeast is by far the best. You can take any kind of flour for making bread, but it is better to give preference to premium flour.
Step 2
Pour water into a cup, add salt and yeast. When the yeast dissolves, add flour. Knead the dough for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
After 1, 5 hours, put the dough on the table, stir, divide into 2 parts and put in thick aluminum molds, previously greased with sunflower oil. When the loaf reaches the edges of the mold, place it in the oven on the smallest heat. Bake the loaf for 1 hour.
Step 4
Remove the loaf from the oven and, while hot, brush with butter to prevent the crust from getting stale.
