Such pork rolls are suitable both as a main course and as an appetizer for a festive table. The dish turns out to be hearty. You can add more garlic if you like spicy and pungent flavors.

- - 1.5 kg pork fillet;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 st. a spoonful of Dijon mustard, mayonnaise;
- - vegetable oil, pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat, dry it, cut into small pieces of the same size. The thickness of each piece is about 1.5 cm. Beat the pieces of pork fillet with a hammer on each side, they should turn out to be thin so that they can be easily folded.
Step 2
Combine a spoonful of mayonnaise and a spoonful of mustard in a small bowl, squeeze the peeled garlic into it. Pepper and salt the pork pieces, coat with the resulting sauce.
Step 3
Cut a piece of cheese into cubes. Put a slice of cheese on the pork slices, roll it up, fasten with toothpicks so that they do not unfold during cooking.
Step 4
Pour oil into a frying pan, heat it, put pork rolls, fry until a crust appears over high heat.
Step 5
Now put the rolls in a fireproof dish, pour in a little boiling water, simmer at an average temperature in the oven for 20 minutes.
