Pork is soft and tender, juicy, so making wonderful chops out of it is much easier than the same dish made from beef or poultry. The most important thing is to properly marinate the meat, then the chops will come out just fabulous, but here everything depends solely on the taste of the cook and his household, since there are a lot of pickling options. For baking, meat of the highest grade is suitable: loin, shoulder blade, brisket, ham. The sweet taste of pork can be supplemented with vegetables, fruits, nuts and prunes.

Pork chops with tomatoes and cheese

To prepare this dish, you will need 300-400 g of lean pork meat, 3 ripe tomatoes, a piece of hard cheese weighing 200-250 g, 2 cloves of garlic and herbs. Cut the pork into slices about a finger thick and beat off on both sides. Season with salt, pepper and place on a pre-oiled baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 180-200 ° С for half an hour. After taking out the form from the cabinet, put the tomato slices, chopped garlic, grated raw materials and herbs on the chops. Put in the oven again and bake for another 15 minutes.

Pork with vegetables

For this dish, you need to take 600 g of pork tenderloin, fresh herbs to taste, dried marjoram, thyme and garlic, salt, a few potato tubers, 200 g of pickled mushrooms, 2 bell peppers, a couple of onions, 2 tomatoes, a piece of cheese weighing about 250 g and sunflower oil. Peel the potatoes and cut into large slices, chop the peppers and onions, chop the tomatoes so that thin slices are obtained. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices, beat off on both sides and rub with salt and spices. After greasing a baking sheet with oil, put the chops on it and distribute the vegetables and mushrooms evenly over the baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 190 ° C for 30 minutes. Remove the dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.

To prepare a "quick" chop, you will need 500 g of pork loin, 2 eggs, 50 g of wheat flour, 2 tomatoes, 150 g of hard cheese, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cut the meat into pieces 1, 5–2 cm thick. Place the piece in a plastic bag and beat off with the blunt side of the hammer. Do the same with the rest of the pieces. Dip them in flour, dip in beaten eggs and place in a preheated skillet. Fry the chops in oil on each side for no more than 1 minute. Place them on a greased baking sheet and spread the chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic and herbs evenly over them. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and place in a preheated oven. Bake for 8-15 minutes at 200 ° C. It is important not to overdry the meat, otherwise it will turn out too tough.
