It is necessary
- - 2 handfuls of black currant;
- - 1 handful of raspberries;
- - 1 handful of red currants;
- - 450 ml of milk;
- - 80 ml cream 10%;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of brown sugar;
- - 6 fresh mint leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Put currants and raspberries in a blender bowl, add brown sugar, mint leaves, pour in cream.
Step 2
Whisk these ingredients until smooth.
Step 3
Pour milk into a bowl, whisk again. Strain your drink.
Step 4
