I suggest you try the summer version of your favorite chocolate cake - with wild berries.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of dark chocolate (from 60% cocoa);
- - 150 g butter;
- - 25 ml of blackcurrant liqueur;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 1 tbsp. flour;
- - 5 g of baking powder;
- - 175 g of wild berries.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the butter into small cubes. Do the same with chocolate. Place both ingredients in a small saucepan, place in a water bath and melt. Stir until smooth and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 2
Meanwhile, break eggs into the bowl of a food processor, add sugar and beat for 3 minutes on high speed.
Step 3
Put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees and line the 15x15 cm baking paper with baking paper (this will make it easier to get the finished product).
Step 4
Reducing the speed of the mixer, pour the butter and chocolate to the egg-sugar mixture and add the berry liqueur. Mix for about a minute.
Step 5
Pour dry ingredients into a bowl: flour and baking powder. Mix again until smooth.
Step 6
Already by hand, carefully so as not to turn the berries into puree, add half of them to the dough.
Step 7
Pour the dough into a mold. Spread the remaining berries on top and lightly press them into the chocolate mass with a spoon. Place in oven for 40 minutes.
Step 8
Let the finished dessert cool in the mold for 3 hours, then cut into portions and serve!
