Cottage cheese is a good source of calcium, so it must be included in the children's diet. But not all children like to eat cottage cheese, this is easy to fix by making a healthy sweet dessert made from cottage cheese with wild berries. It is very easy to cook it in a multicooker - a reliable assistant in the kitchen.

It is necessary

  • - 750 g soft cottage cheese;
  • - 400 g of frozen wild berries;
  • - 250 ml sour cream;
  • - 250 g of sugar;
  • - 70 g of corn starch;
  • - 5 eggs;
  • - a pinch of vanillin, lemon zest, butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites with half the sugar to form a firm foam.

Step 2

Separately mix cottage cheese with yolks, half sugar, sour cream, vanilla, starch, lemon zest. It is better to stir with a mixer to get a homogeneous mass. Then stir in the whipped egg whites.

Step 3

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and place a non-stick mat or baking paper on the bottom. Remove the berries from the freezer; you do not need to defrost them.

Step 4

Put the berries and curd mass in layers in a bowl. Place on the Bake setting for 80 minutes.

Step 5

Turn off the multicooker at the ready signal, but do not rush to open the lid - let the curd dessert remain in the multicooker for another 1 hour.

Step 6

Take out the bowl with dessert, let cool completely. Then remove the wild berry cottage cheese dessert from the bowl using the steamer tray.
