Chickpea Yoghurt Soup is a Turkish soup. Turkish cuisine is famous for its soups. They are always easy to prepare and require a minimum of food. Delicious, creamy, most delicate soup, with a slight sourness. It prepares very quickly.

- - 1.5 cups boiled chickpeas
- - 1 egg
- - 1 glass of natural yogurt
- - 3 tbsp. l. flour
- - 30 g butter
- - 1 liter of broth
- - salt
- - chilli
- - mint
Instructions
Step 1
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine eggs and yogurt.
Step 2
Stir the flour well with a little water so that there are no lumps. Mix with yogurt.
Step 3
Add chickpeas, put on low heat.
Step 4
Pour in broth gradually. The consistency of the soup should be neither too thick nor too thin.
Step 5
As soon as the soup boils, thickens, cook for another 5 minutes, salt and remove from heat.
Step 6
Melt the butter in a skillet. Add mint and chili, heat for about 30 seconds.
Step 7
Pour butter into soup, stir or add right before serving on a plate.
