It is necessary

    • Flour - 3 cups
    • eggs - 2 pcs
    • water - 1 glass
    • salt
    • vegetable oil
    • potatoes - 500-700 gr
    • onion - 1 piece

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the filling. Peel the potatoes, cut them into 4 pieces and boil them in plenty of salted water. Mash the finished potatoes with a fork (not too much, so that the filling does not turn out to be very liquid). Pour the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Combine potatoes with onions.

Step 2

Prepare the dough. Sift flour through a fine sieve, add eggs, salt to it and stir.

Step 3

Gradually add water to the dough while continuing to knead. Watch the consistency and calculate the amount of water depending on this. The dough should be soft and tender, but not runny. Wrap the dishes with cling film and leave for half an hour.

Step 4

Sprinkle a little flour on a cutting board or table (if you overdo it, the dough will be too tough). Divide the dough into 3 portions. Take the first piece, roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 0.7 - 1 cm. Cut out circles from the dough with a glass or glass.

Step 5

Fill the first circle with a teaspoon (first mash it with your fingers). Add enough fillings to cover the dumplings loosely.

Step 6

Put the blinded dumplings on a floured surface.

Boil water, salt it and put the dumplings in it. Serve ready-made dumplings with sour cream.
