    • mushrooms - 400 g;
    • flour - 1 glass;
    • milk with water water - 1/3 cup;
    • egg - 1 pc.;
    • butter - a thin slice;
    • onions - 1 head;
    • potatoes - 3 pcs.;
    • carrots - 1 pc.;
    • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
    • spice
    • salt
    • sugar and herbs to taste.

Step 1

If you want to surprise guests or loved ones with an exquisite dish, prepare an unusual soup. Real soup should be home-made. Use spices, fresh herbs and, of course, mushrooms and potatoes for this, because these are the main ingredients of a real mushroom soup. This dish, in addition to being tasty, is also nutritious. The mushrooms contained in it have all the necessary trace elements that are able to restore strength and charge the body with energy. Protein is the main component of all mushrooms, and especially a lot of it is found in porcini mushrooms.

Step 2

To prepare this dish, first take the mushrooms. It can be both ordinary champignons and mushrooms of forest origin. Please note, however, that wild mushroom soup is tastier and healthier. First, rinse the mushrooms in a colander, remove the foil from them and soak them in water and lemon juice. Then chop them finely and toss them into a pot of boiling water.

Step 3

Take a small bowl, mix some milk and water, add egg and butter, and gradually add flour until a thick dough is formed. Form this dough into several small balls and place in a saucepan with the mushrooms.

Step 4

After that, take the onions, cut them into rings and also put them in a pot of water.

Step 5

Peel and peel the potatoes in advance, cut into cubes and add to the soup.

Step 6

Finally, add carrots, herbs, spices and bell peppers to the soup. Remove the skin from the carrots, cut them into half rings and throw them into the soup. Then take the bell pepper, remove the insides from it and cut it into pieces. Mix chunks of pepper with herbs and spices to taste, then add this mixture to the soup.
