Such a filling is prepared very quickly, and the usual dumplings with it acquire a slightly different, but no less pleasant taste. And the secret of such a dish lies in a large amount of bacon and black pepper, which must be added to grated raw potatoes.
It is necessary

- - a glass of warm water;
- - flour;
- - salt to taste;
- - 7-8 potatoes;
- - 150 g salted or fresh bacon;
- - 3 onion heads;
- - ground black pepper;
- - butter and sour cream.

Step 1
Prepare the dough. To do this, beat an egg and mix it with a glass of warm water, add a pinch of salt and stir. Then knead the elastic dough, gradually adding flour. Wrap the finished dough in cellophane and leave at room temperature for half an hour.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and onions. Chop lard and onion with a knife. Form the dough into small, thin, round tortillas.
Step 3
Grate the potatoes and squeeze them out with cheesecloth. Mix with onion and bacon, salt and pepper to taste. Spread the filling over the dough circles and pinch the edges carefully to form dumplings.
Step 4
Bring water in a saucepan to a boil, season with salt and add the dumplings. When the water boils, cook them for 5-10 minutes. Mix the finished dumplings with butter and serve with sour cream.
