Roast pork is a delicious dish that will appeal to meat lovers. A minimum of ingredients - and the dish is ready!

- - 600g pork ribs
- - 5 large potatoes
- - 3 onions
- - 1.5 tbsp red pepper
- - 2 bay leaves
- - vegetable oil
- - salt and spices

Step 1
Chop the ribs into small pieces and pat dry with a napkin. Heat the vegetable oil and fry them on both sides for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Save finely chopped onion, add sweet pepper, bay leaf and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into large quarters, season with salt and sprinkle with black pepper. Fry lightly in a preheated skillet with fat.
Step 4
Gently stir the onion, pork and potatoes, put everything in the pan, sprinkle with finely chopped onions on top and cover with hot broth.
Step 5
After boiling, place the pan in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Simmer there until cooked for 40 minutes.
