Pork roast is loved by many for its ease of preparation and natural taste. Even novice cooks succeed in this dish. The main thing is to buy quality meat. You can diversify the classic simple roast by adding mushrooms, vegetables, fruits or seafood. The most successful side dish for frying is mashed potatoes.

- 2 onions;
- 2 tablespoons of pomegranate juice;
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil;

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the meat, cut off the fat, tendons, leave only the pulp. Rinse and dry the pork with paper towels. First cut the meat into wide slices, beat them lightly, and then cut into small cubes or strips.
Step 2
Melt the vegetable oil or fat in a skillet, heat it, add the pieces of meat and fry until golden brown under the lid. After the meat is browned, pour a glass of hot water into the pan, it should cover the pork up to half. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about one hour over low heat. Add chopped garlic just before the end of cooking.
Step 3
Put the finished pork roast in a slide on a dish and garnish with herbs. Garnish with pasta or chips.
Step 4
Roast pork in pomegranate juice Cut the prepared meat into small pieces. Chop the onion and mix with the pork. Make a marinade with pomegranate juice, vegetable oil, soy sauce, and pepper. Pour this marinade over the meat and mix thoroughly. Do not salt, enough soy sauce. Soak the pork and onions in this sauce for about half an hour. Heat the pan, do not add oil, there is a lot of it in the marinade. Add the meat and onions and fry, stirring occasionally, until tender. The meat should be browned. Serve with fresh vegetables and potatoes.
Step 5
Fry pork and apples Cut the pork flesh, peeled from the tendons, into wide slices across the fibers, beat a little and cut into 3-4 cm sticks. Fry the meat in hot fat, then add the chopped onion to it. Continue frying, stirring occasionally, until the onions are lightly browned. Then sprinkle the meat and onions with flour, stir. Prepare apples - peel them and cut them into cubes, like meat. Put them in a skillet, stir, add broth and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve with fried potatoes or crumbly rice.
