  • - 3 onions;

  • - 3 tbsp. chicken broth;
  • - 4 tbsp. l. butter;
  • - 0, 5 tbsp. walnuts.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and dry a piece of pork tenderloin. Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Pour olive oil into a large roasting pan and heat. Lay out the pork and fry on all sides until a crust appears.

Step 2

Reduce heat and add apple juice. Remove the middle from the apples and cut them into large wedges. Place in a brazier.

Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. There should be a lot of it. Saute the onions in vegetable oil until they are translucent. Add it to the meat. Also, lay down a bay leaf. Cover the frypot with a lid and simmer for 3 hours over low heat.
