It is necessary

    • Pork with apples and onions:
    • 400 g lean pork;
    • vegetable oil for frying;
    • salt;
    • pepper;
    • 1 large onion
    • half a glass of meat broth;
    • 1 large green apple;
    • 1 teaspoon flour;
    • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard.
    • Pork with apples in noodles baskets:
    • 200 g vermicelli;
    • vegetable oil for frying and deep frying;
    • 3 pork escalopes;
    • 2 sweet peppers;
    • hot peppers;
    • big red apple;
    • 4 tomatoes;
    • 2 tablespoons red currant jelly.

Instructions

Step 1

For a hearty family meal, cook pork with apples and onions. Cut the lean tenderloin into small pieces about a centimeter thick and beat them with a wooden mallet. Rub the meat with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the pork medallions in it on both sides. Remove the meat and set it aside on a plate. Chop the onion and sauté in a separate saucepan until golden brown. Pour half a glass of broth into the meat skillet and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat, season with salt and pepper, add mustard and stir thoroughly. Cook the sauce for 10 minutes and thicken it with a teaspoon of flour.

Step 3

Place the pork medallions in a fireproof dish. Place fried onions on top of each piece, and on top place a circle of green apple without seeds and peels. Pour the sauce over the pork and place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and green salad.

Fill a deep stewpan with vegetable oil and heat it. Take two small wire colanders (one should be slightly smaller than the other). Lubricate them with oil, put a layer of noodles in a larger layer and gently press on top with a smaller colander. Dip the structure in hot oil, holding it by the handles. Fry the noodles for 3 minutes. Put the finished basket on a napkin to drain excess fat.

Peel sweet and hot peppers from seeds and chop them finely. Peel the red apple and cut it into thin, even wedges. Cut the pork into strips, scald the tomatoes, peel them and chop the flesh into cubes.

Step 7

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet. Place the peppers in the pan, fry for 2 minutes, add the pork and, stirring occasionally, cook for another 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, apples and red currant jelly to the grilled meat, stir and heat the mixture for another minute. Place the cooked pork in the vermicelli baskets. Serve immediately.
