Chicken nuggets are small pieces of chicken fillet breaded and fried in vegetable oil. Coconut flakes give the dish an unusual exotic taste.

It is necessary

  • - 1 egg;
  • - 500 grams of chicken fillet;
  • - 150 grams of coconut flakes;
  • - vegetable oil for frying;
  • - boning flour.
  • For the marinade:

  • - juice and zest of half a lemon;
  • - 3 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • - a small piece of ginger;
  • - salt.

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into medium, oblong pieces.

Remove the zest from the lemon by grating on a fine grater. Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon.
