It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 110 g of wheat flour;
- - 100 g of almonds;
- - 60 g butter;
- - 50 ml of red wine;
- - 20 cherries;
- - 1/2 cup heavy cream;
- - 4 egg yolks;
- - 3 egg whites;
- - icing sugar, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Mash egg yolks with 125 g of sugar until smooth, add sifted flour in small portions, chopped almonds and chocolate (you must first grate it).
Step 2
Beat the egg whites into a froth along with a pinch of salt, mix in the main flour mass.
Step 3
Grease the cake pan with butter, sprinkle a little with flour so that the finished chocolate cake can then be easily pulled out of the mold without damaging it. Put the dough in a mold, place in the oven for 40 minutes. Cook at 180 degrees.
Step 4
Put the cherries in a saucepan, add sugar, pour in red wine, cook for 10 minutes, then remove the berries - they will be required to decorate the finished cake.
Step 5
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar, cover the top and sides of the cake, garnish with cherries, top with the syrup in which the berries were boiled. Optionally garnish with chocolate slices.
