This very healthy and tasty dish is perfect for breakfast or as a sweet dessert. The delicate taste of chocolate is pleasantly set off by cherries.
It is necessary
- - 250 g of cottage cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 80 g of first or premium flour;
- - 40 g of sugar;
- - 50 g of cocoa powder;
- - 50 g of solid dark chocolate;
- - 100 g fresh cherries;
- - 1 bag of baking powder;
- - 20 g of vegetable oil;
- - 5 g of salt;
- - 20 g icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a ripe cherry and rinse it in warm water. Place evenly in a small high-rimmed bowl and top with a glass of boiling water. After 3-5 minutes, drain the water and carefully remove the skin and bones from the cherry pulp. At the same time, the shape of the cherry deteriorates, leaving only one pulp.
Step 2
Beat eggs with a blender in a thick foam, add salt. Gradually add sugar in small portions. The eggs should make a thick, fluffy cream.
Step 3
Sift flour into a large deep bowl, add baking powder and cottage cheese. Mix thoroughly until smooth, add cherry pulp and eggs, mix again.
Step 4
Add cocoa powder and grated chocolate to the mixture, stir. Form small pancakes and roll in flour. Fry on both sides in vegetable oil, no more than 5-7 minutes. Serve garnished with powdered sugar, fresh cherry jam or chocolate syrup.
