Step 1
The first step is to defrost the spinach. Turn the spinach into a smooth paste. Next, add milk and eggs to the puree. Mix well. Then add flour, salt and sugar little by little. Mix everything again. If you wish, you can add a little, finely grated garlic.

You need to bake in the same way as regular pancakes. Place gently and cool slightly.

Fish fillet, placed in the freezer in advance for 20-30 minutes, cut into very small cubes. Chop the avocado, olives and onion finely. Sprinkle lime juice on the avocado to prevent darkening.

Add all the ingredients, mix with finely grated cucumbers. Add sugar, salt, pepper, vegetable oil. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Put a tablespoon of the filling on the pancake. Roll the pancakes into a corner. It is best to serve pancakes with sour cream garnished with dill.

These pancakes can make a good filling for banquets. To do this, you need to prepare a filling of soft cream cheese and herbs. Grease the pancakes with the filling. Then roll up and cut into several pieces.
