For many people, spinach is associated with an unappetizing green mass. Delusion!
Properly prepared greens, with the appropriate spices and additives, are a real delight. Like these pancakes with feta cheese and dried tomatoes.

Products:
• Egg 60 gr.
• Flour 90 gr.
• Onion 150 gr.
• Milk 250 ml.
• Salt.
• Oil 5 ml.
• Fresh spinach 100 gr.
• Dried tomatoes 35 gr.
• Feta cheese 50 gr.
How to cook
• Combine all the ingredients that make up the dough: egg-milk mixture, flour, salt and butter. Turn on the mixer and work on the pancake base for 15-14 minutes.
• In a hot skillet, cook four thin pancakes, the size of which should correspond to the size of the pan.
• Finely chop the onion, grate the garlic. Fry everything together in butter. Dip the spinach several times in a bowl of water, then change the water and repeat the process. Keep clean herbs in a heating pan until a soft paste is obtained. Chop the cheese and tomatoes into cubes, and then send them to the spinach. Stir and pepper.
• Place the filling on each pancake and wrap it gently.
A few minutes before sitting down to the table, put the pancakes into the pan and lightly fry again. Absolutely all sauces and vegetables are suitable for them.
