  • - Salt to taste.
  • For filling:
  • - Butter - 50 g
  • - Raisins - 3 tbsp. l.
  • - Candied cherries - 2 - 3 tbsp. l.
  • - Pumpkin - 500 g
  • - Orange zest - 1 tbsp. l.
  • - Orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed) - ½ tbsp. l.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the cereal into a blender and grind until flour. Take a deep bowl or saucepan, pour out the resulting flour, add a little milk and leave for a while to swell the dough. Then add eggs, flour, sugar, salt and starch. Mix everything well and gradually add the remaining milk and add sunflower oil. The dough should come out like regular pancakes.

Step 2

Heat the pan and add a little oil. Fry pancakes on both sides and put on a plate.

Step 3

Now prepare the filling. Peel and cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Put a frying pan, heat butter and sugar in it. Stir constantly and wait for it to boil. As soon as you see that the whole mass begins to boil, add raisins, pumpkin and cherries to the pan. The pumpkin will give out juice, so you need to stir until the juice evaporates. Then you can add the zest and juice, then cover everything and simmer until fully cooked. Until complete readiness, you need to evaporate the liquid, and that's it, the filling is ready.

The filling can be used however you want. You can just eat a bite with a pancake, or put it inside and roll it up.
