Step 1

We wash the pork and dry it a little. You can dry it with paper towels or napkins. In a bowl, mix the meat seasoning, salt and ground pepper. Dip the pork in the resulting seasoning and fill it with white wine (it is better to take white dry wine, but you can also semi-sweet). Add two bay leaves to the meat and cover the bowl with a towel. We put the meat in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. During this time, you need to turn it over several times, so it will marinate better.

Step 2

Put the dough on the table and let it lie for half an hour at room temperature, then roll it out to length. Dry the meat and sprinkle with seasoning. Put the meat on the dough so that you cover it with the other end of the dough.
