Step 1
Grind the bay leaf. Wash the meat thoroughly, remove the film and streaks, then pat dry with a paper towel. Rub the pork with salt and pepper and sprinkle with bay leaf and herbal mixture on top.

Cover the dishes with cling film and refrigerate for 12 hours. Turn the meat once so that it is soaked on both sides.

Peel the garlic. Cut large cloves into 2 pieces. In a piece of pork, make punctures with a knife, and insert a piece of garlic into each.

Pour the sifted flour into a bowl and cover with water. Knead the dough so it doesn't stick to your hands. Roll out a layer 5-10 mm thick.

Wrap the meat in the dough. Pinch the edges well. Make several punctures around the perimeter of the dough with a knife so that steam comes out during baking.
Step 6
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, lay out the meat, and put in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Bake the boiled pork for at least 1.5 hours. Check the readiness of the meat with a knife, the juice released during the puncture should be transparent.
Step 7
When the pork is done, leave it to cool in the oven. Cut into portions only when completely cooled.
