You have never tasted such original pancakes! Wheat pancakes with feijoa and mint are prepared in thirty minutes, but what kind of dish turns out - you will be satisfied.

- For four servings:
- - feijoa - 400 g;
- - wheat flour - 130 g;
- - milk - 300 ml;
- - two chicken eggs;
- - fresh mint - 20 g;
- - sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt - 1/2 tsp;
- - one lemon.

Step 1
Combine flour, eggs, salt and milk until smooth. Leave in a cool place for twenty minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Grate the lemon zest, grind the feijoa with sugar and lemon juice in a blender, add mint leaves.
Step 3
Remove the dough, heat the pan, brush with vegetable oil, bake thin pancakes.
