To cook chickpeas, you need to fill it with water for about 12 hours, rinse, and fill it with water again to cover it, then add 0.5 tsp. soda and boil for 45-50 minutes. After that, you need to strain it, set aside a couple of peas and make a smooth paste.

Step 2

Prepare tahini sauce. Fry the sesame seeds for about 3-4 minutes, then grind in a chopper, add sesame oil, cumin, lemon juice and paprika. The result is a smooth paste. This paste should be added to the chickpea puree, mix and salt. Serve it with a vegetable salad, chopping vegetables, garlic, herbs, olive oil into it. Salt.

Pitta is usually served with hummus, but low-calorie crackers can also be made. To do this, grind 1 cup of oatmeal in a coffee grinder, add half a cup of whole grain flour, salt, caraway seeds, paprika, baking powder and mix everything well. Add egg, kefir, vegetable oil and mix again. Wrap in plastic, refrigerate for 1 hour.

After the time has passed, roll out the dough and cut it into thin strips, sprinkle with paprika and sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Delicious crackers are obtained.
